What to know about your service. The majority of our clients use our service weekly, bi-weekly, or on a monthly basis; but, we can also book one-time and occasional service. We schedule a 4-hour minimum, generally between the hours of 8-12 and 1-5. However, we are flexible and try to accommodate your personal needs. If you are flexible on the day you need service, you will be scheduled with a No. 1 domestic worker. Our more satistified customers feel the quality of the domestic worker is more important than the day. If, for whatever reason, a domestic worker does not meet your needs, we will change domestic workers. Our best method of quality control is our call back to you. Please give us your honest feedback so we are able to assess the performance and maintain a high quality of service. You will be provided with a receipt for each job. You may pay the domestic worker or the agency direct by cash or a check made payable to ALL PRO. Or, call the office and set up a credit card account with Visa or Mastercard. ALL PRO is not the employer of the domestic worker it referred to you. The domestic worker may be your employee or an independent contractor depending on the relationship you have with him or her. If you direct and control the manner and means by which the domestic worker performs his or her work you may have employer responsiblities including employment taxes and workers' compensation, under state and federal law.
